, Chairman & CEO Julio Patricio Supervielle

Julio Patricio Supervielle is Grupo Supervielle’s Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the boards of Grupo Supervielle, Banco Supervielle, CCF and Tarjeta and Viñas del Monte, Manager at Missiones Participações Ltda. and Buenos Aires Participações Ltda. and Alternate Director of Cordial Microfinanzas. He joined the financial group Exprinter-Banex in the year 1986 where he held several positions at BancoBanex S.A., including: General Manager, Director and Chairman. He has degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Argentina and holds a master’s degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. , Chief Operating Officer José Luis Panero

José Luis Panero was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Supervielle in 2016. He is also Chairman of the Board of SAM. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Officer at our main subsidiary Banco Supervielle from 2009 to 2016. He was also a member of our Board of Directors from 2007 to 2008 and a member of the Boards of Directors of Tarjeta and Espacio Cordial. From 2002 through 2007, he worked at Banco Banex as Finance Manager and since the merger with Banco Supervielle Mr. Panero served as Head of the Finance and Capital Markets department until April 2009 and Deputy CEO from 2006 to 2009. He previously held several positions at Banco Suquía, including Planning and Capital Markets Manager. He received a degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba; a Master’s degree in Finance awarded by CEMA and completed the General Manager Program (GMP 7) at Harvard Business School. He has 27 years of industry experience.

, Chief Financial Officer Alejandra Naughton

Alejandra Naughton is Grupo Supervielle’s CFO since September 2011. She previously held several senior positions at Banco Supervielle and at the Central Bank of Argentina from 1994 to 2007, including Deputy General Manager, and in the IMF until 2008. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, a post graduate degree in Project Management from University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, and she attended the CFO Executive Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. , Banco Supervielle CEO Nerio Peitiado

Nerio Peitiado was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Banco Supervielle in 2016 (still subject to approval by the Central Bank of Argentina). Before his designation as CEO he was Deputy CEO and Head of Retail Banking at Banco Supervielle since 2009. He previously held several senior positions including General Director at Entertainment Depot and General Manager at Formatos Eficientes. He was previously an associate at Mc. Claudia Andretto has been Chief of Operations since May 2008. From 1999 through 2001, she worked at Banco San Luis as Product Leader. In 2001, she took office as Banco Banex Organization Manager and remained in that position until 2007. After the merger with the Bank, she continued heading the same department at the Bank until 2008, when she was appointed Head of Operations. Previously, she worked at Exprinter Banco S.A. from 1994 through 1998 and from 1982 through 1994, she worked at Banco Roca where she led the Organization and Methods Department. Claudia holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and participated on the Advanced Regional Management and Leadership Program at IAE.

Javier Conigliaro has been Chief Risk Officer of Grupo Supervielle since July 2016. He served as Chief Risk Officer of Banco Supervielle from 2012 through 2016. He held previous several positions at Banco Supervielle, Head of Corporate Risk in Société Générale Argentina, Credit Risk Senior analyst in SocGen New York and in Beal WestLB Argentina. With overall 29 years of experience in the risk industry within financial institutions, Mr. Conigliaro is an economist with graduate studies from the University of Buenos Aires, he attended the Executive Education Program in Risk Management at Kellogg School of Management & PRMIA and the Management Development Program at Universidad Austral – IAE Business School.

Leandro Conti has been Head of Internal Audit since September 2007. From 2006 to 2007, he held the position of Audit Manager at Banco Santa Cruz S.A. Prior to this role, his career progressed at PricewaterhouseCoopers up to the Audit Manager position.
